Actual Vibe & Occasion:  Zucchero Filato by Cerchi Nell Acqua is a soft Italian gourmand fragrance built around cotton candy, sugar and musk. While spun sugar is usually very light and airy, this version has a creamier base that gives this more of a feel of cotton candy icing, than just pure cotton candy. Very fun and youthful without being juvenile. I'd imagine the girl in high school was class president and always dressed in cute matching sets (aka a nice Regina Spector from Mean Girls). Daytime or evening. Casual. Feminine-leaning.
